Conveyancing

Conveyancing is the transfer of ownership of any property or real estate from one person to another. Conveyancing not only applies to those purchasing or selling properties, but can also be the result of a gift or a devise by Will.

As a registered conveyancer Chris Rodgers can:

• prepare and advise on the contract for the sale of the real estate
• conduct title searches and make enquiries of various government departments
• prepare and advise on mortgage documentation
• attend to exchange-of-contracts and settlements procedures
